MANCHOONG HA

Manchoong is a Director and General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance and
member of the Executive Committee.

Manchoong joined IDG Capital Vietnam in 2021.

He is a mergers and acquisitions investment banker and has had a successful record of
multiple M&A transactions in Vietnam. He also has been involved in several transactions
on both buy and sell sides in South Korea, Vietnam and Singapore. He is admitted to
practice in New York State, USA and holds a L.L.B from Oxford Brookes University in the
UK and Master of Laws in International Finance Law from McGeorge School of Law in
the US.
